Iron Will Audio Works

Iron Will Audio Works is the mixing and production collective of longtime collaborators JT Nagy and Dan Ernstmann. After more than a decade of playing in bands, writing songs, and shaping sounds together, they formalized their partnership in 2025.

Iron Will Audio Works takes its name and spirit from the foundries and metal works of the industrial age—places where raw materials were transformed into something enduring through equal parts technology, precision, and the hands of skilled workers. In the same way, crafting a song is a process of melding inspiration with technique: from writing and arrangement to production, mixing, and mastering. Each stage shapes the material further, until the music emerges as a finished work of art that is refined, resilient, and built to last.

With the support of New Music Engineering, JT and Dan work alongside a network of accomplished artists, producers, and mentors. Their approach is equal parts technical and musical: polishing tracks with care, but always keeping the artist’s vision in the spotlight.
